Once your return request is approved, the product must be shipped back to us within 2 days.

Before opening the parcel or package, please take clear photos and videos.

This will help us resolve any damage or missing item issues effectively.

4. Condition of Returns

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Used plates, customized/engraved products, and clearance items are non-returnable.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, please share photos and videos immediately.
